Theft
of Winter Teams Match Fees Many
of you may have heard that the ex-licensee of the Four Crosses Elaine Huxley has
retained some of the match fees that teams paid in the 2007-08 season. She
has informed me that she did not hand in the monies since she lost a lot of money
through being a licensee there. Although repeatedly promising to pay, it has always
turned out to be tactical. A final letter has now been issued to her (now at
the Shepherds Bushes) with details of pending court proceedings and giving her
a last chance to pay immediately so to avoid the league's court costs addition.. The
teams' money involved are Four Crosses (4 matches) Joxer Brady's B (2 matches) Nesbitt
(1 match) Staffordshire Bull B (1 match) No response to date
