The Microsoft Excel Record Chart version 3 is availble via e-mail request

It is a password protected sheet which you can access certain sections only.

Fill in your weekly records for each player
(W will show Blue - L will show Red)
it will automatically give you running totals for the team and individual players.

Please request a copy that can replace the paper version sent to you with your fixtures.
It can be submitted at the end of the season.
You can submit the chart manually or by e-mail.
Suitable for both Winter and Summer Leagues.
